I'M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO THE PARENT PORTAL, CAN YOU HELP?
When signing into your parent portal, please make sure the appropriate link is in the URL Bar (www.ezchildtrack.com/kinderstop/parent). Utilize the Forgot Password function. Contact Sydney at 910-616-3630 if you are still having problems.
I SENT MY REGISTRATION FOR AFTER SCHOOL CARE THIS MORNINGÂ AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
We appreciate your interest in KinderStop On-Site! Once a complete registration application has been submitted, our staff make every effort to review and approve each application within 24 hours. If there are any issues with your application, we will contact you to resolve.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR KINDERSTOP ON-SITE CARE?
We manage our payments differently depending on the program.
Before and After School Care
You will be on an automatic payment schedule that will be posted to your account every Thursday and processed every Sunday for the upcoming week.
Flex Plan
You will only be billed for days enrolled. Billing can be completed during enrollment/scheduling or will be automatically processed on Sunday.​
Camp and Vacation Days
Billing is generated and payments are required at the time of enrollment/scheduling.
HOW DO I CREATE A PIN?
KinderStop On-Site utilizes a unique PIN system for an efficient and safe form of adult authorization during pick up. To create a PIN, please log in to your parent portal at www.ezchildtrack.com/kinderstop/parent. Click on "My Account" in the upper right hand toolbar. Click on "Change PIN" at the top of your account window. Enter a PIN for each authorized adult on your child's account. Each PIN must be at least 4 digits (we recommend 6 digits to avoid duplication errors), and each adult must have their own unique PIN. Click on "Change PIN" at the bottom of the PIN Details window to save your PINs.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR KINDERSTOP ON-SITE?
To participate in our on-site care programs, each child must be registered and enrolled ahead of time via our online parent portal (https://www.ezchildtrack.com/kinderstop/parent). Registration is straightforward and should only take about 10 minutes to complete. Once your registration is submitted, our staff will try to approve within 24 hours, unless a campus is waitlisted.
IS MY CHILD ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND?
At KinderStop, we love all children and do not discriminate against race, gender, religion, ancestry, national origin, status, sexual orientation, or emotional, learning, mental, or physical disabilities. However, we are not licensed or equipped to care for children with severe disabilities or behavioral disorders; therefore, we require that all children in our care be able to safely function under a staff to child ratio of approximately 1:15.

HOW DO I UNENROLL MY CHILD FROM KINDERSTOP ON-SITE?
We understand that needs may change but we'll still be sad to see you go! KinderStop On-Site requires a two week advance written notice (email can be sent to afterschool@kinderstopkids.com) to unenroll from our program. Your child will still be able to attend during the unenrollment process.
MY CHILD WON'T BE AT KINDERSTOP ON-SITE THIS WEEK, CAN I PAUSE MY PAYMENTS OR GET A REFUND?
Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for service periods or days missed due to illness, weather-related closures, or other absences, as we schedule our staffing and incur certain fixed costs based on the number of students enrolled for a given service period.

With respect to the COVID-19 pandemic, we acknowledge the challenges and inconvenience presented by mandatory quarantine protocols. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for service period missed due to such instances, as we must continue to pay staff and incur certain fixed costs that cannot be stopped or reduced because of quarantine. We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times.
MEDICATION AUTHORIZATION FORM
If your child takes any medication or uses any medical devices (inhaler, epi-pen, etc) please complete and return a medication authorization sheet to your campus. The form can be found here.
