COVID-19

Updated Policy

We follow CDC and NCDHHS guidelines for screening children prior to participating in our care
programs as well as monitoring throughout their stay. At check-in, and throughout your child's
stay, we are screening all children for the following symptoms:

Fever of 100.4F or higher (we will take each child's temperature prior to before-school care, and we rely on the schools’ screening process for after-school care);

Persistent cough;
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing;

Vomiting;
Diarrhea or unusual stools;
Persistent runny nose;
Unexplained rash (must have a doctor's note); and/or
General malaise and fussiness

Further, we ask that you do not bring your child to school or our care programs if you have reason to believe your child has been exposed, directly or indirectly, to anyone actively infected with COVID-19 in the last 14 days (including air travel). For your safety and ours, we reserve the right to provide care to (or discontinue the care of) any child who exhibits the above symptoms or may have recently been exposed to COVID-19.
