OUR MISSION

At KinderStop On-Site our mission is simple… to provide exceptional care through a safe, fun, and engaging environment, with a special emphasis on our favorite life skill of all - KINDNESS! It is our goal that every child who experiences one of our programs feels valued and cared for in a safe, loving and KIND atmosphere.

KINDNESS

At KinderStop, we believe that kindness comes first no matter the situation. Whether it be our staff, our students, or ourselves, our goal is to teach kindness through respect, compassion, and support. Everyone starts each day with a clean slate so they are able to learn and succeed in a positive environment. So much can be accomplished by just being kind.

ENGAGEMENT

Our play-based program strongly utilizes engagement as a form of learning, group management, and entertainment. Student engagement helps children in many different aspects of their life: communication skills, social interaction, and creativity. Through Art, STEM, and group outdoor play, we strive to foster an environment full of learning and meaningful relationships.

SAFETY

Our entire staff take the physical and mental well-being of our students very seriously and we want them to feel safe, important, and have fun while at KinderStop. Our team is continuously training to stay up to date on new policies and safety procedures, as well as fine tuning their skills to best care for our students. When children feel safe they will ask questions, share their thoughts, make friends, and be open to new experiences.

COMMUNITY

Our staff and students should have a place where they feel they belong, where they are supported, and where they matter. At KinderStop, we celebrate each other’s wins, support each other through our losses, and teach one another to see from a different perspective. We believe that having a sense of community gives our staff and students the confidence and teamwork skills to succeed academically, professionally, and socially.
